The unique ASAP extruded polyethylene plastic is impermeable to natural and synthetic contaminants and resists invasive species. The ASAP plastic formulation uses 100% post-industrial, extruded polyethylene plastic and other recyclable materials as the basis for an environmentally friendly plastic pallet that is water resistant, chemical resistant, UV stabilized and can withstand temperature ranges from ‐20 degrees to +140 degrees Fahrenheit. The ASAP modular pallet is proven to last 200 times longer than wood pallets and is 100 times more rugged than one piece plastic pallets.
Plastic pallet product consistency, quality, price and availability is insured because ASAP utilizes good manufacturing processes in the production of their unique plastic formulation and pallet construction.

The strength and durability of the custom modular plastic pallet is enhanced by the use of 1/2″ diameter galvanized steel fasteners to eliminate shear and pullout during use of the pallet. Fasteners are countersunk to ensure a smooth pallet deck, eliminating product damage that often occurs when nails back out of the decking in wood skids. The modular design allows ASAP to produce any size or dimension modular plastic pallet to meet the customer requirements without the excessive tooling cost that would be required to produce a one piece plastic pallet.
